8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For cancellation of the order placed by the user, user have to reach any of our team member and tell them to cancel the order, They can earther contact us on WhatsApp number provided or they can use Ticketing System provided on our website.
Refund Policy
In any possible case if our customer is not satisfied by our service we will Provide them a refund ,Refund can be provided in the store credit or payment source (directly to the bank or wallet) as per customer choice, Refund in the store credit is Instant and will be provided same day of the return/cancellation, Refund back amount will be refunded to customer’s account within 7 working days.
Refund can be provided in given circumstances only.
1- When the order placed is not delivered completely.
2-When the order is taking too long to get delivered
